Experienced HR consultant and trainer
Vladislav Živadinović, is an experienced HR consultant and trainer, with special expertise in HR operations management, recruitment and training of human resources. Communication and organisational development expertise are combined with his project management skills, and deep understanding of big system functioning (with experience with international companies and retail sector). Consultant of Mena Group and a member of the International Association of Facilitators and the Serbian Facilitators’ Association.
His expertise is based on deep knowledge of training techniques and experience in training teams and organisations in cooperation with national and international experts. He uses participatory and experiential training techniques combining them with facilitation to create the change and improvement set in the predefined training objectives. He has created and run development centres for medium and upper management, with the special focus on employees’ skills, knowledge and attitudes.
He has worked with different sizes of team sizes , and has managed complexed projects, meeting demanding tasks and timeframes.
He is out-of-the-box thinker, likes to meet people with constant wish to help them bring their best to their organisations. Willing to continuously learn and improve skills. Cooking is his passion highly appreciated by his family and his friends. Loves nature and movement – so biking and running are his first choices for recreation. He believes that mind should be constantly developed together with the body, playing bridge or practicing aikido.
Facilitation and Training: during the last decade Vladislav Živadinović has been a dedicated trainer of individuals and teams, helping them to improve their communication and conflict resolution, as well as their business related skills. He has been developing and implementing training the trainers’ programmes and leading trainers teams in a corporative environment. His co-training sessions with national and international experts were bringing different perspectives to every-days routines and allowed people to strive higher. He likes to use group structure techniques where participants can bring their ideas and discuss openly between different management levels, like World café and Open Space. Likes to combine and to bring sudden improvisation to his sessions if the participants need the shift of attention.
Project Management. Vladislav Živadinović is experienced in project management of business facility development and functioning establishment (speciality in retail sector). He uses different project management tools, combining them to achieve demanding targets within tight deadlines. Strategic and non-conventional solutions are his favourites, but he always facilitates the processes with all stakeholders and team members, so everyone knows their tasks and understands the goals they are about to achieve together.
Human Resources and Change management in an organisation. Vladislav Živadinović believes that constant learning and change management are prerogatives for successful organisational development. Detailed knowledge of the legal framework related to HR in Serbia is his advantage, but he also understands how modern organsiations in EU function. He deeply understands processes within an organisation that need to be defined in organisational procedures. He designs and implements training needs assessments, KPIs and staff performance appraisals for various clients and organisations.
