The questions were great and the coordination enabled us to connect with for-profit and non-profit professionals quickly and effectively on the topics that matter the most. It was great to share experiences and assess new ideas after the presentations. Thank you for great facilitation, your contribution and the positive energy.

You can not be in better hands than with Kata. Empathy, patience and full attention what you get from the first minute, you meet her. What more to expect? Professionalism, expertise and delivered results (what client requested).
Elek TóthTechnical Problem solving Expert, Project Leader
I am very glad I had the opportunity to work with Katalin when she helped to elaborate and well accomplish a whole day feedback workshop with my Engineering Team. That successful collaboration (which I very much enjoyed) could not be so moody and efficient without Katalin professional contribution at all. It’s important to mention that her personality and people skills makes her a very good partner to work with.

      FAQs

Training will be held in English.

You can find registration form here. Payment is made after we contact you with more details.

Yes, our idea is to record parts of the session where participants will be practicing their facilitation skills. After the training, individual recordings will be sent together with detailed feedback to each participant. Each participant will only receive their practice recording.

Each participant will receive Certificate of attendance for the Fundamentals of Facilitation training in PDF format suitable for printing.

The translation is currently not foreseen for this training and the whole training will be done in English. If the demand in future is high, trainers will consider introducing translation for future trainings.

If the training is already paid, but for some reason you are not able to attend we can save you the seat for the next training in this category (Fundamentals of Facilitation). If you would like to change the level of the training to attend, already paid sum can be used as part of the payment for future advanced trainings within our Facilitation without borders training programme.

You should be able to understand and be able to express yourself in English. Still, the two trainers are fluent in Hungarian and Serbian and can support you when needed.

The training is designed as highly interactive, workshop type training, based on experiential and learning by doing concepts. Still, the most important principle of the training is creation of a safe space for participants to be able to practice (and participate) at the demonstration sessions, give and receive feedback throughout the learning process.

You will receive preparatory materials prior to the training. This material will be used during the session. Full package of learning materials will be sent to you after the training session. After the training you will have the opportunity to become a member of Facilitation without borders community and Facilitation Book club.
